We LOVE these two! When Marissa and Dakota hired us to capture their dual wedding, we could not have been happier. It was quite the wedding day with 2 wedding ceremonies, 2 locations, 2 wedding dresses, 14 bridesmaid dresses and dashing tuxedos.
After starting off the morning at the Sacramento LDS Temple where they officially tied the knot in an intimate religious ceremony behind closed doors. We headed off for their second ceremony at Haggin Oaks Pavillion.
While leaving the temple, we discovered that Dakota had a flat tire. Andy scooped up the guys while Marissa and I trekked across town to the second wedding site. As we made the 30-minute drive across town talking about life and marriage, I had a moment where the feeling of pure gratitude washed over me. In moments like this, I’m thankful our bonds with our couples runs deeper than a photographer and client relationship. We're friends. We're family.
