Andy and I always love shooting weddings at  River Highlands Ranch, the place we got married last year!  Shortly after our wedding, we found out that the Ranch was going to stop booking weddings due to the owner’s retirement. So when we headed out to shoot Lauren & Rich’s wedding in April, we really thought it could be the last time we’d be shooting at this beautiful venue.  Yet a few weeks later we heard the news that River Highlands Ranch is under new management and booking weddings for 2020.

This is excellent news for the Nevada County wedding industry, and really for anyone wanting to tie the knot in an elegant and unique venue.   Spring is by far my favorite time of year at River Highlands Ranch because everything is vibrant green and the wildflowers are blooming.
