Get outside and adventure!  We love taking our couples on little adventures for their engagement session and there are a ton of great locations right here in the Sierra Foothills.  Are you thinking about having an engagement session, but not sure if it’s worth the investment?

Three reasons why you should consider having an engagement session:

1. It will put your nerves at ease.  Almost all our couples start out by telling us that they’re nervous, anxious, non-photogenic, etc.   The engagement session will give you the chance to get in front of the camera and see how fun and natural the experience can be.  We always say that if you think you’re “not photogenic” then you just haven’t been photographed by the right person yet.   By the end of your session, you’ll be completely at ease.  Then, when wedding day rolls around, all your nerves about the camera will be completely gone!
2. It’s nothing like your last session.   For most of our couples, the last time they were professionally photographed was for their senior graduation photos. Trust me when I say, this is NOTHING like that!  You deserve to have beautiful photographs of your life, and this is the perfect time to get started.
3. It’s fun! We get to know each other so that on your wedding day we can show up as friends.
