Sweet Roots Farm Engagement Session | Grass Valley Photographers

I have to start off by saying that Sweet Roots Farm is one of my favorite places!  Not only because of the beautiful land and rolling acres of gorgeous organic flowers, but because of Deena and Robbie, the beautiful couple who created and cultivate it.   Just last week on my birthday, Andy came home with an amazing bouquet of flowers from Deena at Sweet Roots Farm, and they have been making my heart sing all week!  If it’s possible to have flowers filled with love, then they’ve surely done it.

As wedding photographers in a small community, we often get to work with the same vendors year after year. And one of the greatest compliments another professional wedding vendor can give, is hiring us to photograph their wedding!  So when Deena and Robbie asked us to photograph their wedding, we were both super excited and extremely humbled.   Before I get to their  heart felt ceremony, I wanted to share some photos Andy and I took out at their farm.  Of course for their engagement session,  it made sense to capture them doing what they do best- harvesting flowers!
